 i-Complete Sdn Bhd proudly announces its new line of micro jet engines for model airplanes. The first engine commercially available is the "Black Mamba" with a thrust rated at 14.0kg at standard conditions. A smaller version, the "Viper" as well as a bigger version the "King Cobra" will follow soon.
We have spent a great deal of time to create our line of engines which are under constant development to ensure our customers the "Best of the Best". Critical components are sourced from our partners in Europe to ensure that only highest quality parts are used. Every step in the production follows pre-determined procedures to ensure consistency in the product and future ISO 9001 certification.
Some of the outstanding features are a machined Aluminum engine housing providing the unique look as well as technical advantages such as faster heat dissipation.
The design of the diffuser stage was done with the aid of fluid dynamics computation and has proven to provide us with better fuel economy, power and throttle response. With a response time from idle to full power in 2.5 second and from half to full in less then 1.0 second, the "Black Mamba" stands up to its name.
We are also very proud of the design of our exhaust system which has been developed over several month. Being the final source of performance, many tests where necessary to make it a "complete" engine design.
The turbine shaft of the "Black Mamba" is stronger then others in its class allowing for higher sustained RPM. Together with our unique internal cooling system, issues such as premature bearing failures area a thing of the past.
All engine designs are under constant development to enhance our products even further. For this reason, we offer free upgrades on every engine within its warranty period. Please register your self and your engine with us to secure your free upgrades for an up-to-date engine.
All engines are tested and shipped with a final Test Certificate stating the test conditions, a thrust table and thrust curve. With the aid of the table, you are able to tune the engines performance to suit your planes airframe.
 Every customer registered with us will have the opportunity to access an engine logbook to track the engine usage, related issues and to receive an automatic reminder to service your engine.
You will further be on top of your engine status during service & repair by tracking it on-line.
