In 2009 the Black Mamba has now reached Version 3 with many improvements compared to its first release in late 2007. All this improvements have given us confidents to extend the earlier 5 year warranty to a Lifetime Warranty as stated under Terms on our website.
The new warranty also covers the bearings between the regular service intervals of 30hours for the "Black Mamba". Also new is the recommended use of synthetic 2-Stroke oil instead of commonly used turbine oils. 2-Stroke has the advantage to be less toxic, readily available and lower cost. In addition, we recommend a lower fuel to oil mixture (3-4%) which further reduces the overall fuel cost.
As there are many brands and types of synthetic 2-Stroke oils in the market, it is impossible for us to test all of them. If your brand or type is not on our list of currently recommended oils, please contact us and we will check for you if the oil is suitable or not.
